It was full body and core engaged and the glute workouts were very targeted and sequenced perfectly, she knows how to use every muscle in your body to hold yourself up! I know my whole body will feel it tomorrow! It was easy to follow her and she guided the class really well, excited to take her class next week! (I also loved how she told the class in the beginning if you need a sip of water go ahead and take it and don’t wait on her cue)

However, I go any time I have a day off or on the weekend because it’s worth the drive. Jenn is a great instructor who makes sure to teach proper form so that you don’t get an injury.
