Het was mijn eerste ervaring met deze vorm van yoga en het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Nancy’s begeleiding was zacht en geruststellend, waardoor ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. De combinatie van zachte houdingen, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie hielp me om diep te ontspannen en mijn lichaam en geest te verjongen. Ik was onder de indruk van haar aandacht voor correcties qua alignment, wat mijn ervaring nog meer verrijkte. Ik voelde me na de les verfrist en gekalmeerd. Ik kijk er al naar uit om weer deel te nemen aan haar les en meer te leren over restoratieve yoga. Bedankt, Nancy en Movements, voor deze verrijkende ervaring🙏

I would recommend arriving early for your first class as well as bringing a towel, so the instructor can guide you through expectations and you can mop up the sweat that will be dripping off of your brow! Intense, meditative session that will warm you up and stretch you out. Highly recommend.
