We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

Only negative was there’s no AC and the fans only blow air at someone immediately in front of it. Due to covid that basically means only one person in the class gets to cool off, while everyone else sweats like crazy! I didn’t mind though, it was like a hot yoga class meets groove.

Started with some core, then a few minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, but kicks, etc.) then lots of different movements like squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc. using the weighted bar. There wasn't much of a stretch at the end, just a quick shavasana and happy baby.
