alle Bewertungen anzeigenCoach Ro Ro is fabulous again. Leg day was hard. Apparently country music isn't allowed anymore (which is a huge let down), but Ro put on some 90s pop, and it was good. The lifts were challenging but good. RO was quick with the first mod. She took time to help me with a mod need. I threw every excuse at her I could think of. And she saw through the BS. She set me up with a safe exercise that pushed me within my limits. Awesome job

It goes kind of quickly, and even though I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the gym there were some names of exercises I didn’t understand and had to ask a few times. The teacher was really nice though and answered all of my questions!

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!
