    It was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour and instructions. The workout itself was great. Shannon went over all the moves, but there are screens that demonstrate them too as well as spell out the patterns. Shannon was awesome and made everyone feel comfortable, encouraging us by name.     This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

    Awesome studio. From Sho at the front desk who greeted me so warmly (even though I was only 5 min early for my first class) to Wes teaching the class, even the people in class were so friendly and welcoming. Wes was an awesome coach, gave helpful tips on form and posture but wasn’t overbearing. He shared some funny stories, was upbeat and provided plenty of modifications for every exercise. I loved all the different kettlebell exercises and will be sore tomorrow ! But looking forward to going again soon.

    My first class with Jordan and she was great, like all Barre3 teachers. Her Chas was much more cardio and burned over 400 calories in 50 minutes. She had a 10 minute stretching section that was great and I didn’t mind that it was longer than most since we got such a good workout in beforehand. She has a soothing voice and does a lot of corrections so everyone received attention. I highly recommend Jordan’s class!

I would recommend at least a low-level of fitness although not a MUST. (There's lots of stair climbing, jumping, and burpees).
