Had extra credits to finish. They let me come early which was nice. Although I asked for a female masseuse which they didn’t have so I said I would wait and then magically a female one was available after 5 min. This is a no frills Chinese body work place. Massage is very good including hot stone and foot reflexology. Retail price is $65 on the board.

I have never had a deep tissue massage (just Swedish). It felt so crazy. It doesn’t hurt, it just feels bizarre. I exercise a lot, so I feel like it would be good for me. I would do it again. I loooove these sleeves omg. Such a relief to get the right pressure and just chill. This was excellent. Tony is definitely a professional and knows a ton about physical/massage therapy. I felt a ton of relief from my constant hip pain immediately after our session. He used that awesome theragun! He also gave me some great stretches to do at home and advice on how to strengthen muscles around my hip for some longer-term solutions. I will be going back 100% and already recommended to some friends. Very worth the value and also a lot less credits on classpass than other places I’ve gone that didn’t help my pain half as much

    Cryotherapy Session

Let me start off by saying how incredibly accommodating the staff is. I called to let them know I’d be late because of the train, and they were very professional and kind about it. When I arrived (and I apologized, always make sure YOU say sorry for being late no matter the circumstances, people!!) they had me change and I waited to start my session. Irina, as always, is fantastic. I can’t say enough about her! She’s very knowledgeable in regards to the benefits of cryotherapy and I agree it’s significantly aiding right now considering the circumstances in nyc. The infrared sauna is always the best right after. This time one of the employees (I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for a name)! came in to offer some tips on how it can help better. He advised me to take a cold shower for 30 seconds after each 10-15 minute infrared sittings and keep my legs up. When I came back, he prepared towels already for me. After his advice, I can honestly say I felt the change! Thanks completebody!! ?

A few things to know about this treatment: You will lay in a pod for 30 minutes. Its an infrared sauna so youll sweat. I felt great after doing it. The first time, the person setting me up didnt give me eye protection so the lights were too bright but the second time I went they gave me little eye covers, so ask for those in case they forget. Also, they have showers there for you to shower after (since youll sweat a lot during the treatment). Just something to know so you can add in time to take a shower after. Enjoy!
