alle Bewertungen anzeigenI wasn’t totally sure what to expect, coming from a Bikram background. I’m not usually into vinyasa classes, but this was a great class in a lovely studio. Ali is an excellent teacher, very attentive and generous with modifications. The studio is pristine and welcoming. My only gripe is that there aren’t any showers, but the bathrooms are spacious and very clean.

Ashley taught us assuming that we had no prior knowledge of yoga (which was nice since it had been a while since I had done yoga and am trying to find time to get back into it). She was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked through the door! I would highly recommend both this class and the studio as a whole. I plan to be back!

What did bother me is the gym itself. This was supposed to be a relaxing, restorative yoga class and all I could hear the whole time was weights being dropped from just outside the door. Because this is hosted at a large facility, there was so much going on outside of the class room. You miss the welcoming atmosphere you get from a small yoga studio by attending class at a large gym, whose primary focus is not yoga. Just something to keep in mind before booking, but absolutely doesn’t diminish the instructors sweet soul!
