That’s exactly what I needed in order to relax my body and mind. And the class is in English, perfect for those who are not fluent in Spanish. I recommend :)

Teniendo en cuenta que la clase es cortita, de tan solo 1h, me gustaría mucho que pudiéramos hacer más días las posturas sentadas de la serie, pero a parte de eso, la encuentro muy buena.

Perfect for releasing tension, stepping out of your comfort zone while feeling completely at ease throughout. The mind-body connection was wonderful. Anna, the instructor, is super friendly and radiates incredibly positive energy. After attending on Monday, I felt great all week. In fact, the first thing I did when I got home from the class was to book for the next session. Also, CasaPaz studio is new and absolutely beautiful.
