The classes are really personal and great to chat with others, have a laugh, get a sweat on and feel motivated - which you don’t always have in other gyms. I am sometimes apprehensive starting new gyms and classes and DB fitness couldn’t be more warm and welcoming from the second I entered the door - I 100% recommend.
