Gabriella led us through a beautiful class that was challenging yet would be also good for beginners. I loved the breath work at the beginning to really ground into the practice. I’ll definitely come back for another class with her!

Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class.
