Not only was everyone welcoming, our instructor took time to make sure I understood the moves and felt comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Great playlist, top tier customer service, and a heck of a workout. I didn’t feel it at first, but the next day my glutes, mid section and legs felt like I ran miles. This place is a true Rancho gem.
