I’ve cycled a few times in other places but a long time ago. Carolina was quick to help me with my bike and make sure I was set up for success during the ride. Good music and a really great workout! alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was a fun, low-impact, stretch-based fitness option! Definitely not yoga in any sense but alludes to a similar concept with slow and controlled movements. There are no traditional yoga poses and no spiritual aspect and the music/vibe is much more upbeat and not relaxing. It reminds me of a barre class with a weighted rod you use to balance yourself and small muscle group focus. I’ll be back!

We were welcomed to use the gym for open gym and then we were approached by a personal trainer, Leed, who offered us a personal training session in lieu of the miscommunication for the class. We had a great experience and appreciated the extra efforts!
